Form will not load
Hi, in our application pro-ACTVIE claims, the instruction form will not load, and users are asked to contact the application owner.
Nothing has changed our side, please can you advise as a matter of urgency?
Also, we are set to go live on 1st December with your product, and we need to be sure that the internet explorer response times are around 3 to 5 seconds, and not the one minute mark we are seeing.
The other point was sub views, they appear to be much better, but we need for a user to be able to delete them as before, and update the views and save.
Please can you come back to me as a matter of great urgency over time frames, as we are very concious that we may fail before we start.
On another note, I am looking at having over 200 users, and really need to know if this will effect the performance, and will the administration tools be up to the challenge.
