Formating & field labels

guys,

this is a neat application but I have two issues that I can't seem to address:

1) How do I create a simple field name but a long field label- like a 'sentence' without impacting the view table so that it becomes unusable?

2) how do I modify the layout of radio buttons Horizontal rather than verticle?
