Forms: Need one field choice to determine next fields.

Forms: Need one field choice to determine next fields.

Help! I have two forms, one called Pupils containing fields YG (year group), Form, and PupilName. The second form (Pathways) contains YG, Form and PupilName. The idea is that when selecting the YG field in Pathways it will provide a list in the Form field of all the forms in that Year, when a Form is selected i need a list of all the pupils in that form to appear. I have tried and failed to do this so far.
