FORMS DISAPPEARED?!

Dear friends, i have discover this morning that part of one of my apps has partly disappeared: there're the links to some forms that when clicked display only the form title; no data, no labels...nothing.

It happens on my app GESTION CALIDAD and this app handles critical information from students and teachers: if the data is loss we are in a big big problem.

The forms/views not displaying data are SEGUIMIENTO PROGRAMACION, ANALISIS NECESIDADES DETECTADAS and FICHA SEGUIMIENTO DE LA PROGRAMACION.
