Two Zoho Creator 'contact' forms have been used with success for quite a long time already on two different of my sites.
Yesterday, a third one was implemented on a third (in the making) website (see: http://sites.google.com/site/kuntheacom/contact-1).
It appears that, while the application remains 'private', the form must be made 'public' for it to become accessible to anyone. It took me a while to understand this, because the procedure was different before (as far as I remember).
It was weird to discover that the two previous forms worked although they were 'private' (both the application and the form). I changed the forms to 'public' in order to have the same settings evrywhere.
But, then, neither the new (third, let's call it #3)) form nor one of the two older forms did not work anymore (let's say this is form #2)! When used, the forms showed: "data added successfully" but no data was sent anywhere (not to the Creator spreadsheet and not forwarded by email). This is quite serious because form #2 is supposed to send me bookings for a Bed and Breakfast.
One form continued to work mysteriously (let's call it form #1).
This was yesterday. Today form #2 worked again. This is actually worrying because I do not know why and for how long it is working: I do not feel it reliable.
