Formula field containing value of field from another form

Hi,

In my dating application, http://zohocreator.com/leejordan/dating/ I have been very politaically incorrect by adding a Gender field on the 'Add your Profile' form.

Over on the First Dates form I would like to be able to display the Gender of each person selected in my view.

So I guess that what I need is a Formula field on the First Dates form that somehow references the Gender field for the record of the person selected in Person1 and Person2.

Can I do that?
