Forum Log-in and Table set up advice needed

Hi, I'm loving your product, I'm using creator to build little databases, it's great for a novice like me.
I'm having two problems today though....
1. I tried to sign in to the forums, using my username and password that i use to sign in to creator. it was rejected, do i have to register seperately for the forums?
2. I was trying to access the forum for help with my database...I have two tables, one with 4 columns, the other with 8 columns. each table has it's own First Name, Last Name, and Email columns. (the data in each table is also different)

I would like to create a third table, with 3 columns and pick the data from the First Name, Last Name, and Email columns of the other two tables into it. So i end up with one table containing just names and emails from both the other tables.
how do i do this?
