Forums or Sample Database with code?

Is there a forum specifically where links to sample database forms and views can be shared, and then the code that drives the form can be posted?

For instance in sample database:

http://creator.zoho.com/karuppuchamy/sample-application/form/163/

The dropdown displays a text field for the first and last names for each email ID selected.

I would love the see how that was done.

I'm sure that others would like to share and collaborate on databases
