Using SendMail in a custom function in Zoho CRM, we want to configure the From attribute to a specific user instead of zoho.adminuserid or zoho.loginuserid.

Additionally, when someone receives an email sent with From attribute set as zoho.adminuserid or zoho.loginuserid the Sender name is not shown to the recipient instead the email address is shown. For example, the Sender name in the recipient mailbox is superadmin[at]example.com instead of a readable name Example Corp. Administrator.

Is there a way to achieve the above in Zoho CRM?
