Full function reference and how to join 'forms'

Two quick and simple questions:

1) Which/where are all the functions I can use in Deluge? Is there any reference for Deluge functions, and, moreover, there is any kind of help/reference/manual for deluge scripting, apart from http://creator.zoho.com/help/deluge/index.html ???

2) I am intending to use Zoho Creator (ZC) as an easy and quick way to create simple relational data bases, I mean, several tables ('forms', in Zoho Creator slang) which can be joined or linked through some fields (like data bases created with Access, Oracle, MySQL, etc. ). But I don't understand/know to join or to relate tables with ZC! I mean, for example, if I create a 'form' with tasks, and another one which contains labels, how can I tell ZC that tasks are assigned one or several certain labels?

Sorry if these questions were already asked and/or answered before, but I wasn't able to find them in thsi forum...
