I want all the contact Information of an account record to copy over to a Module I have made called Risk Cost Assessments.

So i have a look up field in accounts that will link the two together if an account orders a rebuild cost assessment.

What i was it to do is if I add a rebuild cost assessment to any account record that it copies the contact details across automatically.

I am new to this so any help would be great.
