Get URL Data from field of type URL

Is there any way to get the data from an URL field add it to the text of a plaintext field?

I am trying to update a form dynamically based on the choice a user makes in an Import Data Field. I am able to get the record and pull other text fields but am unable to figure out a way to get the URL info?
