Thank you in advance for your assistance. In Potentials, we enter some customer information about our jobs we are working on, and we've also created a custom field to autonumber each new job.
We have started job costing our jobs with several cost buckets, so we created a custom module to gather that information. In that module, I do have a lookup that allows us to search for the CRM Potential Name. Once that is selected, I'd like the job number to autopopulate to prevent human error. Right now, we need to manually enter that in, and it seems like a huge risk that may affect our accurate reporting. Is there a way to automate that with a lookup function? If so, I'd like to grab additional field information from the Potential like dollar amount to help make reporting easier in Zoho reports.
