Getting an error Address not found Your message wasn't delivered

Hey,

I'm trying to configure zoho mail for my website https://businessentity.org/

I'm able to successfully send the mails but when someone sends an email to above mail, this error shoots up:

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to meredith.karter@businessentity.org because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Please help me to fix the issue.
