Have you checked out the new-look of our chat window yet? Yes, SalesIQ powered chat windows have been completely refurbished. A chat window that can be more than just a platform for your operators to chat with visitors landing on your site. We have not just stocked up our chat windows with multiple constructive features, we have also made quite a lot of changes that would let you customize every aspect of chat window's appearance right from scratch effortlessly.

        
You can avail all this but on one condition, you'll have to migrate to the new version available. For which you'll have to remove the existing SalesIQ code. And then, navigate to Settings > Brands > Select the brand > Installation > Website, copy the widget code onto your right, paste it in your website source code. 



Note: The old chat window UI will be depreciated shortly. We urge you to migrate to new chat window and theme soon. 

Customization at its best : Check out the trendy chat widget and window themes that we have restocked our theme library with. Use them to make sure that they are appealing and promising enough to draw the attention of your visitors when they hit your site. To change the chat widget theme, navigate to Settings > Brands > Select the brand > Personalisation > Appearance, choose a theme as per your wish. 



Digging a little deeper, let's explore more about the new features that have been incorporated in the chat windows:

Conversation history : Let your visitors hold down all the previous conversations that they have with your operators in their chat windows. Just in case if they need them for future reference. Thus, you can save yourself and your operators from having to answer the same question over and over again when visitors tend to get back.
