In addition to getting complaints all day about slow access to our Zoho Creator application, I am receiving multiple reports from people who are having trouble accessing data. For awhile one of my users received the message

"We are unable to fetch this data, sorry!
Please note that your data is SAFE.Report this problem to support@zohocreator.com"

although nothing had changed with his access or our application. Now when another user is trying to submit an item into our database, he is receiving the error message

null, message from server: "Duplicate entry [lots of numbers]' for key 1"
Failed to update data.

I am concerned that whatever the "fix" was to deal with the slow access problem has caused new problems to our application. Are things being worked on and this should be solved soon?
