Gmail and CRM - Entering Information Directly to CRM from Gmail

I have some questions related to Gmail and Zoho CRM. 

ADDING CONTACTS TO CRM VIA THE GMAIL MESSAGE 
In gmail, I can see the "search zoho crm" at the end of the email. When I select "go" it finds the contact in the CRM. If that contact is not currently in the CRM, I have the option to add that contact. 

Issue:  There is no Lookup option for the Account Name. I would like to be able to search the CRM accounts (as I am able to do normally in the CRM) and select the appropriate account for that contact, or add a new account if needed. Currently, it is just a text option for the Account Name. Is it possible to add this feature?

LOGGING GMAIL MESSAGE AS COMPLETED TASK VIA GMAIL MESSAGE
When I add a task via gmail for a particular contact that is already in the CRM, I see the option in gmail to add a Task, Note or Potential.

Issue 1: I need the email message contents to automatically show up in the Description area of that task. Th ere should be a Description field that pops up and by default the entire email message should appear there with the option to add extra notes if necessary.   This is very important, as it shows the history of my correspondence, word for word. Otherwise, I have to go into the CRM and paste the email message in the description area. This defeats the purpose of using gmail in conjunction with the CRM. Even if I wanted to create a future task related to the email, I can't include any notes/description for that task.  This is a common and very important feature of all CRM applications. Is this feature available in Zoho?

Issue 2: Other Default Fields -  I think the default date should be the date of the email. The "Related to" should give a lookup option to search for the appropriate CRM Account Name. Again, the Account field is only a text field, when it should be a Lookup field. Is this a feature in Zoho???

I think that is it for now. Entering information into the CRM directly from email is extremely important, especially since most of our correspondence is done directly through email these days. Please let me know if these issues can be resolved, and what the timeline is for implementation.
