Gmail Plugin and Google Voice SMS/MMS Photo Attachments

Hello,

The nature of my business requires the use of MMS picture messaging to allow potential customers the ability to send photos for us to evaluate before they send something in for repair. We have a Gmail account with an assigned Google voice number that receives these photos.

Currently, we create the lead in CRM, then we have to manually download the photos and reattach them to the lead.

It would really be ideal if the CRM plugin could be savvy enough to match the phone number (which is the same as the "Sender" in an SMS/MMS message in Gmail) to a phone number in ZohoCRM and automatically download the MMS photo (which are simply email attachments in Gmail) into the lead's Google Drive url.

It would also nice if SMS messages from an associated phone number could also be added into the customer's CRM record.
