I've tried twice so far with this and still no dice.
As an Administrator I created a user Requester account for myself on ZoHo Creator Helpdesk. Once the email was received I proceeded to set up a ZoHo account (using Google Apps to sign in with) - however both times I end up with the following message:
You have logged in as
ChosenUsername. You are not allowed to access this application.
Contact the administrator of this application to add you as Requester / Technician.
Please click here to login as a different user.
I've tried blowing the user away by deleting the ZoHo account but I'm still not getting anywhere. I was able to create a fresh account for a 2nd user with no problems whatsoever last night. It's just my personal account that's foobar'd.
What am I doing wrong here?
