Google blocking my CRM webforms

I have been using Google search console to check blocked resources. All our webforms are created in Zoho CRM which are being blocked by Google. Infact the site  https://crm.zoho.com has been blocked. Anyone downloading our forms have to try and find them in their junk mail if they do manage to get through.

The solution from Google is to upload the HTML verification file to https://crm.zoho.com/ which will unblock the resource. Can you give your thoughts and solution so our downloadable resources can be found.
