Gravity Forms, Zoho CRM - Add on

Need help, I'm trying to generate lead from web using Gravity forms add on which is Zoho CRM, the problem I'm having is that there is no Visitor Tracking in all the leads that was generated using this plugin.

Need help on this, hoping for a positive feed back asap.
