Great app but...

Creator is lacking some pretty basic formatting functionality (choosing fonts and colors for example - except for the "notes" field), and it is also very restrictive on how to position fields and how to size them correctly.
I also can't use an image as part of my form (use some icons or just for better looking apps).

Are these restrictions that do not apply on some kind of paid subscription that you have?
Is there a way to resolve them?
