great products but...

I like the CRM because it fits my needs as a contact manager, but it doesn't look like you can choose "embed views"

I see that can be done in CREATOR, but then I give up the 'workflow' manager. I am sure it can be done with programming, but frankly I find the CREATOR programming to be a little confusing.

Any thoughts from users or ZOHO?
