Group records

Hi guys,

Is it possible to group records into one record?

So lets say: Department : security / name: Me
Department : security / name: you

Is it possible to group them on department? so the report looks like this:

Department : security , and if i click on it i will see,

Name: me
Name; you

Maybe like a dropdown?
