Grouping of view not correct

Grouping of view not correct

Hi

I have a view called "QCS request per person / open"

I would like to group this view based on the "assigned to responsibel" Asc. Unfortunately the view still have several persons listed twice with a request below. What can be wrong?

My view is placed in appl. AFB System 2.0 which is open to support.
