Help!

I am signing up people for an ICT conference using Zoho but there has been a strange extra category add itself to the available choices for Workshop Two (called 'I'). I have tried to edit it out and change the person who has it on their entry to a different one (I'm presenting) but even though it says it has updated her entry, the 'I' won't go away and it doesn't remove itself from the options list either when I minus it off.

It is very important that this works smoothly - any ideas?
