HELP! Any way to autofill within a form?

Hello Zoho Users!


I have a tough and important question about creating an autofill function in one of my forms. I would like to be able to type in the name of someone when creating a new entry in a form, and if the name already exists in the form's view, the existing phone and email address of that person is autofilled into the form's Phone and Email fields. There has to be a way, Zoho, there has to be!
