HELP! Corrupted Field in application?

HELP! Corrupted Field in application?

I have a creator application that was created, and suddenly it started saying Please Wait when i was trying to add a field. After waiting a while, I cancelled and now when I try to edit anything from that view, the app says, No form in Creator.

Did the form get corrupted? Is there anything that can be done? There are several weeks of information in there!

By the way, the application is called creator.zoho.com/asgardpress/product-development-planner/

I have given support edit access. I believe there is a corrupt field in the form, as it won't let me delete that field. The field is called Licensor_Approved_Date1

If there is anything that can be done for this, we are in a critical situation
