Help.....!!!!

I don't know if this is possible but in my database i want to show a spilt between two employees like if they worked on a project together and recieved money they would spilt it. So what i want to do is have a button or a check box that when i click it..it will spilt that cash and is shown for each individual on there own seperate record. Is that possible or is there something close to that. If so can somebody show me how.
