help help zoho has a bug !!!
Please help me as we have experienced since 11 o clock Brussels time 27 June
problems this means already 9 hours. 5 persons work depends on it so it would be absolutely necessary for us that this bug would be fixed tommorow morning.
After some trial and error :
As you know every move you make gives you the please wait sign with the blue and white stripes following each other
When we do an update of a line of information (which we need to do every time a new customer call is finished or almost every Minute) the yellow data successfully updated appears rather quickly but the please wait does not following the same route. It stays there for another Minute (up to 5 sometimes).
I did not do any modification to any of the databases I'm talking about I have also made them public so that you can look at them if you want

and they all have that same problem.
The problem is the same at 4 different locations as all of the people work remotely.
Please sort this out by tommorow as we already had a day downtime when you upgraded to 2.0 + now another day of trouble. Another day would not be a good idea
If I forget the timing nice upgrade by the way
If by any chance I could get a premium service or (speed) please do not hesitate to ask me for a subscription.
