I Have a question using zoho creator.

I wanted the top 1st record of the data in a view. How can i do this, i tried all the ways given in the forums like assigning "new" to the just updated value and putting "old" to previous value, or creating auto increment number and trying to sort on that number, but couldnot be of much help. Can i use any built in function.
