HELP - views have stopped working for some reason

Help - loads of my views have stopped working nad I have no idea why! On the other tasks tab all views have disappeared. On the View contacts tab the view has disappeared. On the administrators tab the view has disappeared. Some of the other tabs have working views. Can you help me ASAP please! thanks Simon
