help with if statement

Hello,

Thanks so much for Creator! I'm a noob, trying to make an Address Book.

My first line is a Marital Status question. If they keep "i'm married" as the default the rest of the form should stay the same. However, if they select "i'm single" from the list i would like several of the lines to be hidden (such as cell phone (spouse), email (spouse), and anniversary.

I've looked through the documentation but have not found an example for this specific thing and can't seem to get the syntax right. Help please??!!! :)
