Hello I am looking on help with script writing to iterate on an application.

I have an application for swimming club members where data is input in a form with multiple fields for different stokes and distances fo each individual member in this I have a view off all the data, but would like to be able to automaticlally iterate on all the fields and produce an individual record from the data for each member of the best time for each stroke and distance.

Can anyone advise on this
