Hi - 

I have a form that includes 4 fields.   I only want 3 of these fields to appear when I embed the Form in a website for customers to input the initial data.  Is there a way to hide these fields when embedding them in a webpage?  I would still want the ability to add data to these fields when I access the application myself later.

For example, my Form includes Name, Address, Phone, and Category.  Name, Address and Phone would be embedded in a webpage for customers to input.  However, I do not want "Category" field to appear in the webpage, but I want it available in the application so I can enter the Category later when I access the record after the customer has entered their Name, Address and Phone.
