Hiding Views, Forms or Tabs

Hi I was wondering if there is a way to hide views or forms so that when the application is accessed it can not be seen. From what i can see the only method of me doing this is to place the form or view on another tab. However, these things are still visible on the tab. Can I hide the tab?

I would like to share the application with others but want to limit the collective data from being able to be viewed in some cases. But would also like to allow certain collected data to be shared.
