How can I make the data from "Add Notes" special field appear in detailed report view for Zoho Creator?

How can I make the data from "Add Notes" special field appear in detailed report view for Zoho Creator?

I am trying to produce a report from a form in PDF. 

I want to show data entered Add Notes (Your notes content will be shown here) to also appear in a Detailed report view, where I can then align the Notes field with the captured data in the form. 

When I add fields in the detailed view the field name I created for Add Notes does not appear. 

Is there a way around this please?
