I am new to Zoho and I am trying to develop an application with the plan of selling it to several customers separately. I am not sure what are the requirements to this could anyone please give me the clarification on this?

How can I publish my App? 

Do I have to publish it on the market place or can I just sell it without it?

How much will it cost to publish it?

How can I price my application and how much does zoho will charge my clients if they do so?
