Hello,

 

I have two request form databases managed by separate administrators.

 

If a user fills out a request on one form that does not belong in this database can I have a funtion that will auto send this specific request form to the other database?

 

For example, if the two forms are managed by separate administrators and there is a field in the form that administrators can sign-off that they are handling that request -- can i create an action on that field so that  whenever another administrator is selected in this field dropdown list it will send the data in this form to the other connected database so that it goes to the other administrator for his own follow-up and records? The purpose is to keep the records separated but not hassle the users with figuring out which request form to fill out for what purpose?

 

Am I being over ambitious? Can something like this be set up?
