How can we create a web form that is linked to both Accounts and Contacts?

How can we create a web form that is linked to both Accounts and Contacts? For example - anyone submitting details on our website is automatically entered into Zoho CRM as Account and Contact with more details related to Account fields than Contact. Is it possible?
