How Do I Link to Form-B for the Same Record I Have Just Created in Form-A?

Hi All,

I am a newbie with what is probably a very newbie-like question. Please help.

Suppose I have an app that lets a user invite fellow students to comment on  courses that they all take. What I want is for user-A to be able to create a course record using form-A and when done to receive an email with a link to form-B for the same course record.

The idea is that user-A will forward the email to fellow students and that they may all use Form-B to rate/comment on the course.

My question is, how do I link to Form-B in my email message to user-A such that the link opens up Form-B for the course record that user-A created?
