How do I make a subdivision in order components and display this subdivision in my sales orders overview?

I am trying to build a sales orders overview. I would like to be able to create a subdivision between the different components of one order and be able to adjust the different statuses of these components.

See print screen: I would like to add a column 'Order components' preferably with a drop down list per subject containing the different components of the order and the status of these components.
