We have 2 contact forms connected to Zoho CRM.

The first contact form is the initial contact form that any user on our website can fill and send. This has been setup to automatically create a new lead inside Zoho CRM.

The second one is a form where users will fill up a lot more detailed information to describe their project info and to add relevant attachments, etc. This form has also been connected to Zoho CRM.

How do we enable Zoho CRM to automatically add the records on to the existing lead info instead of creating a new lead. I know that can merge leads manually but there must be a way to automate this.
