Does anyone knows how to create a workflow to automate the creation of new quote each time a web form is submitted?

I have automated Lead to Contact/Potential conversion but I would like to go further and automate Contact/Potential to Quote creation but I can't find how to do that. I have a custom field named "Asked for quotation" which is a boolean automatically set to "True" when the webform is submitted. I would like Zoho to make a new quote each time a new potential is created with the field "Ask for quotation" is "true".
