How to best import this data?

How to best import this data?

Anybody already created an application/ db for currencies we could use? Same for country names... no reason to reinvent the wheel... Zoho people? DB prefabs with countries and currencies? Countries and country area codes for phones? Maybe cities and countries too? Airports and cities?

I need a currency selection drop down. I want to import the options below. How to best structure the data? CSV? One line per string? The field only has one value; the name of the currency.

The import via csv and xls are not working and I really don't want to re-type all this data...
