I'm investigating using Creator as an online database to be used by half a dozen colleagues to store contacts and record correspondence with potential/current customers (e.g. outcome of a phone call or an email about latest training course).
One basic feature that we'd be wanting to have is the ability for queries to be run on the database so that we can do mail merge emails/paper based letters. I have emailed the Zoho support team, and they have suggested I use HTML views and write a script to it, but I'm a bit stumped as to how to go about this. Could I churn out some PDFs based on the data?
Any one have any advice?
