I contacted the webmaster of a website that has a meeting list I want to duplicate. He led me to Zoho, which looks like a GREAT tool, and I am very excited.

However, I have NO IDEA how to replicate the meeting list shown here:  Example Site

I realize it is created and then pulled through an iframe, but I am lost on how to create it. It isn't a form, is it? 

Can someone please assist? Where do I start? What do I need to do?
