How to email everyone from an Application I've Created with an Email field??

I am using Zoho Creator for data entry to get away from paper based methods. I entered in all our patient's email addresses and phone numbers etc.. into a Zoho Creator Application and now am ready to email everyone a practice news message. How do I do this? How do I script?
