Hi,

I'm trying to hide a field but at the same time show the related list of a record. Say I have a record 'Accounts' with a multi lookup field 'Opportunities', it will display both a field with all opportunities and a related list with all opportunities. 

I want to hide the field, but not the related list. Is this possbile and if so - how?

And only show this:
