How to Import old ticket database

Hi, We are using Zoho Support, and have some hundred of tockets already created, some closed some open, but would like to add an old database of tickets, and keep their created and closed dates in order to not mess with our actual information and reports.

It is possible to import tickets and keep creation and closed date. ?

Also it is possible to import tickets with a particular ticket id# ?, i.e. if we deleted an specific ticket# and would like to import it again and keep same ticket id#
